I think the basic roles of a QA Process in Testing are --
1) Defining the basic test process
2) Defining The Configuartion management of TestWares
3) Defining the test Reporting and closing of issues
4) Defining the Metrics to be measured through out the Testing process and
5) Continual improvement of the Process y identifying tRaining needs and introductiion of tools of test process modification |
